Timor Leste Nautuda: A Symphony of Chocolatey Notes

If you're seeking a coffee experience that delves into the chocolatey spectrum of flavors, look no further than Timor Leste Nautuda. With a low-toned yet complex profile, this coffee captivates your senses from the first sip.

Flavor Profile

The brew presents a unique blend of flavors that fall squarely in the "chocolatey" category of the coffee flavor wheel. Imagine indulging in a walnut brownie laced with dark chocolate-covered almonds. It combines rustic cocoa notes and the earthy richness of roasted peanuts to create an unforgettable taste experience.

Brewing Recommendations

We suggest pour-over brewing for the Timor Leste Nautuda. This particular roast is best at a ratio of 1g of coffee to 15 g of hot water. For our morning pour-over, I used about 55 g of ground coffee and 825g of water. The extra strength lets this one sail.

Perfect for Espresso

While versatile, Timor Leste Nautuda excels when brewed as an espresso. The concentrated brewing method amplifies its signature flavors, making it a top choice for espresso lovers.
